Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Passes live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so members carry them on the phone they already have.
Do members need to download an app?
No. The pass sits in the wallet already on their phone, and you push notifications and updates straight to it — no app to install.
